Eligibility and Participation

To participate, you must be a customer in good standing, which means having an active business account with Soil Power Energy and making consecutive, full, and on-time bill payments.

Soil Power Energy reserves the right to terminate a Participant's involvement in the Program or cancel the Program at any time, for any reason, as permitted by law, with written notice to Participants. Notices may be delivered by email.

By joining the Program, you agree to receive all Program-related communications by email to the address on file for your Soil Power Energy account and confirm that you have the necessary equipment to receive and read such emails.

Participants can make up to four referrals per calendar year.

Qualified Referrals and Rewards

A qualified referral must be a new Soil Power Energy customer. A new customer is someone who is not:

  • A current or pending Soil Power Energy customer, or

  • A former Soil Power Energy customer within 90 days prior to the new enrollment.

Additionally, a qualified referral must:

  • Enroll with Soil Power Energy and provide the Referral ID during phone enrollment.

  • Remain a Soil Power Energy customer in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days and make three consecutive, on-time bill payments to Soil Power Energy.

Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Business-to-Business Referral Program ("The Program") is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms"). The Program is open to current Soil Power Energy customers ("Participant(s)") who refer other business customers ("Customer(s)") in Great Britain.
